Basically, we don?t have any order limit. But we reserve the right to decline an order. If you have any questions, please contact us by writing an e-mail to info@Brunottishop.com.
Can I get my order on a specific date?
Unfortunately it is not possible for Brunottishop.com to guaranty specific dates for your order. A delivery within Germany should require regularly 2-3 working days. You have the possibility to choose DHL-Express for your delivery against a surcharge of EUR 5,-. If you order your goods from Monday till Friday until 12 o? clock you will receive the package on the next day ? even Saturday.
Can I order from abroad and how do you deliver the goods?
We deliver every country on the Earth. The requirement is a valid credit card, a PayPal-account or the transaction by payment in advance.
Can you send the articles to another address than the payment address?
As a matter of course you can have a delivery to another address than yours (i.e. to your office, to friends of neighbors) if you are not available through the delivery times. During the order you can put in a delivery address, that means that your order will not be delievered to the billing address. This applies only within Germany. We put in a delivery note to your order without any amout on it. The bill will be send to your billing address.
How can I change my order afterwards?
If you want to change your order afterwards, please send us an e-mail to service@brunottishop.com and tell us what we should change. If the package hasn?t been sent to you, we would do our best to follow your wishes.

How the product fits to your body depends on different factors i.e. posture or figure. For making your decision as easy as possible we always try to optimize the ordering and returning process. Please notice the fitting symbols: slim fit, regular fit and loose fit.
I have a question concerning a product which I bought in a shop?
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to answer questions about products, which you haven?t bought in the online shop. Please ask directly at the shop, where you have bought the product. This applies to returns and complaints, too.
Is it possible for me to choose the product which I prefer in a different color?
All momentary available colors are listed in the online shop. The small square boxes show, how your favorite product looks in a different color.

What are the forwarding charges?
Within Germany the forwarding charges are EUR 5,-. If you appreciate to use the express delivery you have to pay another EUR 5,-. The forwarding charges for other countries you can find in the following Chart.
What is the fastest way to find the reduced products on the page?
You can find all the reduced products in the category ?Sale?. Additionally, our Newsletter informs you about all interesting offers. You just need to put in your e-mail address on the welcome page of the website then you will get the Newsletter for free and without any commitment. What shall I do if I cannot find my favorite article at Brunottishop.com?
All momentary available products are listed in the online shop. Unfortunately you only have the possibility to find another product in our product range or to visit one of our stores. You can find the ?Store Locator? at the bottom of the Website.
Where can I buy a product which is not available in the Online Store at present?
You can send a request to our Support-Team and ask them when the product will be available again or where it is still available. Please send a Mail to info@Brunottishop.com
Where can I find shops which sell the collection of Brunotti?
On the bottom of the Website you can find the ?Store Locator?, which will help you. Please understand that we don?t have any knowledge about the product range in the different shops.
Where can I find the information about sizes of the products?
Next to the button "Select size", you can find the Size Chart. Just try and click on it. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the bigger size to generate an optimal wearing comfort.
Where can I get a Brunotti mail-order catalog?
We don?t have any catalog composed of paper. But we don?t want to miss the opportunity to offer you an emotional shopping impression. For that reason we have developed the eFashionShow, which is an online catalog. That means shopping in a completely other way than you expect.
Why haven?t I got an order confirmation?
In the case you haven?t gotten any order confirmation it could be possible that you filled in a wrong e-mail address on your order sheet or something else was incorrect. Please contact us by using the contact sheet and we will help you as soon as possible.
I have received my order, but unfortunately my order and the delivered products are not the same.
That doesn?t happen in general ? but we can make a mistake as well. In this case we would like to ask you to contact us by email, which points out the problem. Please mention your phone number than we can call you back as soon as possible.
I returned my order correctly, but until now I haven?t got the money back.
Please note that it will take us up to two weeks to transfer the money back to your account after receiving the return consignment.
Did Brunottishop.com get my return consignment?
If we receive your return consignment in our distribution centre, you will get a confirmation by e-mail. If you returned your package longer than a week ago and didn?t receive a confirmation yet, please contact us by telling us your order details and the order number.
How do I return an item?
You have, for a period of 14 days, the right to exchange or return the ordered articles. Please use this fair service with sense.
How soon do I need to send it back?
The return procedure is simple. If you send the ordered goods - as long as they are in an unused (and original packaging) condition - back to us within 14 days, you will either get reimbursed or you can exchange the products. You will get reimbursed to your bank account or Credit card within 14 days after we have received the return.

Why is it not possible for me to purchase on account?
Brunottishop.com wants to reserve the right to prove purchase on account as a result of a negative credit assessment. Furthermore it could happen that you cannot purchase on account because the total amount is too huge.

The whole order process at Brunottishop.com is safe. We use software to provide high level SSL encryption technology. All personal data (especially your accounting and credit card information) will be encrypted before leaving your PC. It is not possible for outsiders to read this data.
Why do I need to insert my telephone number and my date of birth on an order sheet?
We use your personal data according to the legal regulation in cases like the order processing as well as for customer care. If it is necessary, we transfer the data to third persons i.e. our suppliers. For the credit assessment we need to transfer the data to Infoscore, Baden Baden.
